Problems such as ‘overbooking ‘ are a thing of the past. Imagine how you would feel walking up to the reception desk, after having flown from half way across the world, to a hotel knowing  you had booked a room with a balcony –view of the sea, then discovering that that same room was given to someone else! The Travel app at the palm of your hand would help you confidently assert your rights to meet the transaction made for the services you expect on your holiday, effortlessly.
